Your Wedding......Your Way
Why Book With Us?
Have you been scouring the internet looking to find the right DJ to play the right music for your wedding?
We're sure you're aware that your evening wedding reception is just as important as the ceremony itself, as it's the time when yourself, and all your guests, finally get a chance to relax and let their hair down.
Well, if you decide to hire for your wedding, one of our Mobile Discos, or one of our DJs, we will start preparing for your wedding by listening to what you want.
We know that there are literally hundreds of DJs in the Liverpool & Merseyside area, which for us as a business, means lots of competition, and our potential customers are only one click away from booking with someone else.
This is why we take nothing for granted, and we always strive to put in our best performance at every wedding we play at, regardless if it's a small intimate wedding for 50 or so guests, or a full on event with up to 300 guests.
We hope you take the time to read through what we do, and also what we don't do, so you can get a good idea of where we're coming from, and hopefully you'll decide that we're going to be right to play at your wedding.
Our Experience
We've covered countless Weddings/Civil Ceremonies over the years, and nine times out of ten, every wedding is so different from the last one with regards to the music selection.
Lots of our customers are really into the music they choose for their wedding, and we understand this perfectly.
We've covered almost every type of wedding you can imagine, each with a diferent music policy, some people like general pop/disco/50's 60's 70's 80's 90's indie, rock, dance, others like a mixture of everything.
Whatever your taste in music, you can be assured we'll play the right music for your wedding, the right music that you and your guests will enjoy.
Our DJs are in their early to mid 30's with lots of experience under their belt, so when you book with us, you can be assured that you won't be getting a fresh faced 18 year old who only knows music from the top 40 pop charts and nothing else.
A good DJ can make or break a party by the music they play, so don't take a chance on one of the biggest days of your life by hiring a DJ that's inexperienced.
What We Don't Do
As well as us informing you of what we do, we also like to let you know of some of the things we don't do.
We don't arrive at the venue with over inflated ego's thinking we're superstar DJs and know everything, quite the opposite in fact.
We're always learning new things, even after playing hundreds of weddings, as the saying goes, you're never too old to learn something new.
We don't blast out the music from start to finsh, we prefer the crescendo effect, which basically means starting off at a nice volume and finishing on a high.
We don't talk over the microphone all the time, cracking jokes and trying to be the centre of attention, we only use the microphone when required.
We don't double book or cancel at the last minute on anyone, we never have done, and we never will.
We don't play cheesy Butlins style music, unless that's what you want of course.
We don't just play whatever rubbish is currently in the top 40 pop charts, and we don't play songs with offensive lyrical content.
You Can Rely On Us
Between 10-20 times a year we get phone calls & e-mails from people who have booked another DJ with someone else, usually the cheapest one they can find saying "Our DJ has cancelled on us" or in extreme cases "Our DJ hasn't even bothered to turn up"
Usually, the reason behind this is because some DJs will give out the cheapest price, just to secure the booking, then when a better paying job comes along, they'll cancel on the original booking, and take on the better paying job.
In extreme cases, sometimes they won't even turn up at all, leaving the customer pretty much high & dry. You wouldn't believe that some people could be so heartless, but believe us, it does happen.
One thing you can be sure of if you do decide to book a DJ for your wedding with us, is that we will never cancel a booking we have made, even if a better paying job does come in, our response is always "sorry, but we're already booked out on that day"
All our bookings are secured with a contract and a copy of our terms & conditions. We've never let anyone down in 10 years, and we never will, even in extreme circumstances, like illness for example, we have back-ups DJs in case of emergencies.
We Play The Music You & Your Guests Want
One of the best things about being a mobile DJ, apart from getting to play at some of the nicest venues in and around the city, is that we have an amazing back catalogue of music to choose from.
Rather than us just turning up at your wedding and playing the standard wedding songs you've heard at probably every other wedding you've ever been to, what we like to do instead is work with you on putting together a playlist of songs that mean something to you, songs that you, and your guests, will like to listen and dance to.
We'll ask you for a short request list, nothing too complicated, of some of your favourite songs, then we'll sit down and use our experience and knowledge of past events to pick out songs to play on the night that we think will fit in with the song selections that you give us.
We're also open to requests on the night as well, sometimes guests will ask for a song that we wouldn't have thought of playing, so we'll play it and it'll go down a storm, so requests are good, we like them.
So How Much Will It All Cost?
We know that we're not the least expensive Mobile Disco operator in and around the Liverpool & Merseyside area, but by no means are we the most expensive.
What we try to do for all our customers is offer them an affordable solution for all budgets, without anyone having to compromise on quality.
Prices start from only £225.00, but how much it will cost in total is dependant on 3 main factors:
1. How many guests you have attending your wedding
2: Where the wedding is being held
3: How long you require us for.
The reason why we need to know how many guests are attending your wedding is because:
If it's only a small wedding, then we only need to bring minimal equipment with us, which means less work, if it's a big wedding, then we need to bring lots of equipment with us, and usually an extra person to help with loading in & out of the venue.
The reason why we need to know where the wedding is being held is becuase:
If it's outside the Merseyside area, then we will need to include travelling costs into your quote, if your wedding is in the Merseyside area, then travelling costs are already included in your quote.
And finally, how long you require us for: The longer you want us to play at your wedding, the more it will cost, as we charge by the hour.

An Example Of How The Night May Run
The following is an example of how a typical wedding function might run from 7pm -12am
Remember though, this is YOUR day, so we're open to your ideas & input as to how you want things to run.
3:00pm: We drive to the lock up to begin sorting out the equipment we need to bring with us on the night, then load up the van and drive to the venue.
5:00pm: We arrive at the venue to load in all the equipment, speak to the venue staff, and start setting up the equipment.
7:00pm: Background music will be playing at a reduced volume as your night time guests are arriving so that they have a chance to sit down and chat with one another.
8:00pm - 9:30pm: This is were the bride & groom will traditionally have the first dance, however, you can decide on what time you want to have your first dance, just let us know. We'll turn the volume up a bit during this period, getting the party started so to speak. We can also accomodate any Father & Daughter or special dances during this period, some couples choose to, some don't, the choice is entirely yours.
9:30pm: This is generally when the buffett is announced as being open, it's also the period where we'll fit in a lot of the song requests you & your guests have made to us.
10:00pm - 12:00am: This is when the fun really starts, everyone has been fed & watered at this point and are pretty much ready for dancing. We'll be playing all of your favourite tracks during this period, and a few of our own, only songs that will have people dancing all night. At the very end of the night, we'll also play any final song requests you may have made, ending the party on a high.
12:00am - 3:00am: We pack down all the equipment, load it back into the van, drive back to the lock up, unload the van into the lock up, then drive home, tired, but satisfied knowing that we've done another great gig.
