"The Beautiful People" was originally released as a single in 1997 by Marilyn Manson from their 1996 album "Antichrist Superstar"
The single eventually went on to peak at No.18 on the UK Charts in June 1997, and was the first single by the band to make the top 40 in the UK.
Between 1997 - 2007 Marilyn Manson had 12 top 40 singles in the UK, with "Tainted Love" being their highest charting single when it reached No.5 in March 2002.
