"Reverend Black Grape" was released in May 1995 as the debut single by Black Grape from their 1995 debut album "It's Great When You're Straight... Yeah"

The single eventually went on to peak at No.9 on the UK Charts in June 1995 causing great controversy at the time of it's release because of it's assertion that the Catholic church was in league with the Nazis.
