"I Believe" was released twice as a single by the Happy Clappers in 1995, and would go on to become one of the big dance hits of that year.
After it's second release in 1995, the single went on to peak at No.7 on the UK Charts in November 1995, and is currently their highest charting single in the UK.
The single was also remixed & re-released in 1997, but failed to match or better the 1995 chart position.
