"High & Dry was the first single to be released by Radiohead from their 1995 album "The Bends" and eventually went on to peak at No.17 on the UK Charts in March 1995.
Thom Yorke stated that he did not like the song, saying "It's not bad... it's very bad" but despite him saying this, the song is still one of the band's most popular songs.
As of June 2008, Radiohead have had 18 top 40 singles in the UK between 1993 - 2008, with "Paranoid Android" being their highest charting single when it reached No.3 in June 1997.
