"Supersonic" was released as the debut single by Oasis from their 1994 debut album "Definitely Maybe" and eventually went on to peak at No.31 on the UK Singles Chart in April 1994.
The song brought the band from being relatively unknown, right into the mainstream, and made everyone sit up and take note.
As of March 2009, Oasis have had 26 top 40 singles in the UK between 1994 - 2009, with only 3 of the singles failing to make the top 10, "Supersonic" being one of them.
