The music to "Glory Box" is sampled from a track called "Ike's Rap II" originally recorded by Isaac Hayes in the early 1970's.
The single eventually went on to peak at No.13 on the UK Singles Chart in January 1995, and was one of 5 top 40 singles Portishead would have throughout their career.
