"On A Ragga Tip" was originally released as a single by SL2 in 1992 and became their first and only single to break into the top 10 in the UK.

The song was sampled from a 1984 reggae track by Jah Screechy entitled "Walk And Skank" and eventually went on to peak at No.2 on the UK Singles Chart in April 1992.

In Total, and Including a 1997 remix of "On A Ragga Tip" SL2 had 4 top 40 hit singles in the UK between 1991 - 1997.
