"You Got The Love" was first recorded in 1986 by The Source & Candi Staton, although it is not the Original Version of the song, the original was first recorded by Streetwave in 1986.
The single was later re-recorded & re-released and went on to peak at No.4 on the UK Charts in February 1991, and a further re-release peaked at No.3 in March 1997.
It was to be The Source's biggest commercial success, although Candi Staton has had major success since the late 60's/early 70's.
