"Losing My Religion" was released as a single by R.E.M. from their 7th studio album "Out Of Time" and was the first single by the band to make the top 20 in the UK.
It eventually went on to peak at No.19 on the UK Singles Chart in March 1991 and is now one of the band's best loved songs.
As of November 2009, R.E.M. have had 31 top 40 singles in the UK between 1989 - 2005, with "The Great Beyond" being their highest charting single when it reached No.3 in February 2000.
