The single eventually peaked at No.6 on the UK Charts in March 1989, and was the first single by the band to break into the top 10.
In total, Guns N' Roses have had 17 top 40 singles in the UK between 1988 - 2008, with their biggest hit being a cover version of Bob Dylan's 1973 hit "Knockin' On Heaven's Door" which reached No.2 in May 1992.
