"One Piece At A Time" is essentially a comedy rockabilly song, and was first recorded by legendary country music star Johnny Cash in 1976.
The song tells the story from the point of view of a Detroit car factory worker who watches Cadillacs roll by day after day on the assembly line, all the while knowing that he will never be able to afford one on his salary, so instead, he decides to steal himself a Cadillac "One Piece At A Time"
This song is also known to be the first mention of the term "Psychobilly"
