"Anarchy In The UK" was the debut single released by The Sex Pistols and was the only single released by the band's first record label EMI.

It reached No.38 on the UK Singles Chart in December 1976, before EMI dropped the group in January 1977, a month after the now infamous televised Bill Grundy incident.

"Anarchy In The UK" comes in at No. 53 on Rolling Stone's list of the 500 Greatest Songs of All Time.
