"Won't Get Fooled Again" was first recorded by "The Who" and was Written by Pete Townshend for the band's 1971 album "Who's Next"

Sadly, this was the last song that Keith Moon performed with The Who before he was found dead from a coctail of prescription drugs and alcohol.

Townshend stated in a 2006 interview: "It is not precisely a song that decries revolution - it suggests that we will indeed fight in the streets - but that revolution, like all action can have results we cannot predict. Don't expect to see what you expect to see. Expect nothing and you might gain everything"
