"Everyday" was written by Charles Hardin Holley, (better known as Buddy Holly) with additional compositions by Norman Petty, and was released as the b-side to "Peggy Sue" by Buddy Holly & The Crickets in 1957.
It is one of those songs that could of easily been a single in it's own right, and when you think about it, even though it was only a b-side, it is probably one of his most well known songs.
"Everyday" is ranked No.236 on the Rolling Stone Magazine's list of The 500 Greatest Songs Of All Time
