Little Willie John's version of "Fever" was a No.1 hit for 3 weeks on the American R&B Best Sellers chart, and also made the popular Charts peaking at No.24
Elvis Presley also recorded a near identical version of the song a few years later for his 1960 album, "Elvis Is Back"
For some reason, the single failed to chart in the UK, which is a shame we think, as it's a great version of the song.
